Marriage and relationship breakdown is an increasingly common occurrence in modern
Australian society. Whilst such separations
greatly affect spouses, those who are most affected are the children of those relationships.

what is in their children’s best interests and then trying to ensure that proper
arrangements are put in place to promote the welfare of those children.

Frequently these matters can be resolved by agreement and the implementation of:

These agreements can be reached by direct negotiations on behalf of our clients
whether with or without the assistance of a round table conference, or even through
utilising suitably qualified mediators. The purpose of reaching these agreements is to try to minimise the adverse fallout
from what is essentially a difficult time for everybody in the family.

or looking at terminating a relationship.

- Co-habitation Agreements / Separation
Agreements for de facto couples; and
- Binding Financial Agreements (including
Pre-Nuptial Agreements) for married couples.
