Our leasing team has extensive experience in helping both landlords and tenants understand their rights and obligations under their leases, as well as conducting negotiations with both landlords and tenants to ensure that our client’s leasing needs are accurately recorded in the lease document. Our team represents a wide variety of commercial and industrial landlords and tenants, and also has extensive experience in retail shop leasing representing several national retailers. Our team prides itself on providing advice on complex leasing arrangements that is comprehensive yet easy to understand, thereby ensuring that its clients are aware of all aspects of their lease document.
