Ross Moschella - Managing Partner
Ross holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor Commerce degrees from the University
of Queensland as well as a Master of Laws postgraduate degree from QUT Brisbane.
Having worked in the firm since graduation he now heads the firm as its Managing
Partner. Ross has extensive legal experience and primarily practices in the
following areas:
- Insolvency and credit
- Securities
- Commercial litigation and dispute resolultion
- Property transactions
- Leasing
- Asset protection and structuring
- Commercial transactions
- Deceased estate administration and disputes.
Ross' clients range from large national companies through to private inviduals and

Simon Pattison - Partner
The holder of both Law and commerce degrees, Simon’s practice focuses on general Commercial Law such as Buying and selling businesses, Asset Structuring, Property sales and purchases and Franchising. He also has a particular interest in Will preparation and Estate administration.
Simon has acted for clients in the purchase and sale of numerous businesses from hairdressers to multi million dollar Chemical plants. He has acted for Franchisors and franchisees in various franchises including Michel’s Patissery, Bakers Delight, Kennys Cardiology, Go Sushi, Jax Quick Fit Tyres and Telco in a Box and has assisted a number of clients with Franchise disputes.
Simon has also acted for a number of Executors in the administration of complex estates, dealing with numerous issues such as lost Title deeds, Family provision claims, winding up of Businesses, Coroners Investigations, Lost wills and Insurance claims. Simon is on the Mamre panel of solicitors which looks to improve will structures for those with disabled children.
Simon maintains a close relationship with his clients and strives to be approachable and readily accessible at all times.

Chris Kohler - Solicitor
Chris is a senior solicitor in our litigation division. Since 1989 he has conducted a wide range of litigation in the areas of commercial litigation and personal injuries.
In the broad area of commercial litigation, Chris has extensive experience in conducting claims of misleading and deceptive conduct, contract disputes, building disputes,
employment disputes, professional negligence claims, defamation claims and sporting tribunal disciplinary proceedings. He has conducted disputes concerning residential premises,
business premises, factories, marine vessels, aircraft, and motorhomes. Chris takes advantage of resolution alternatives such as mediation and settlement conferences with a view to
resolving litigation before trial and reducing legal costs. In the area of personal injuries, Chris has acted for injured claimants in compensation cases arising from injuries caused by workplace accidents,
motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls in public places, and medical negligence. Chris has acted for claimants with a broad range of injuries including psychological injury, head injuries, back injuries and
all manner of orthopaedic injuries. Chris has a high success rate at resolving personal injuries claims through the use of settlement conferences and mediations.

Janita Singh - Trainee Solicitor
After graduating from Queensland University of Technology with Bachelor of Laws Business degrees Janita practices in property law and civil litigation. Janita provides an ethusiastic and diligent approach to her work and enjoys bringing successful results to her clients' matters.
