Ross Moschella BComm. LL.B LL.M;
Ross holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor Commerce degrees from the University of Queensland as well as a Master of Laws postgraduate degree from QUT Brisbane. Having worked in the firm since graduation he now heads the firm as one of its partners. Ross has extensive legal
and commercial experience and primarily practices in the following areas:

Simon Pattison BComm. LL.B
The holder of both Law and commerce degrees, Simon’s practice focuses on Family Law and Commercial Law such as Buying and selling businesses, Asset Structuring, Property sales and purchases and Franchising. He also has a particular interest in Will preparation and Estate administration.
Simon has acted for clients in the purchase and sale of numerous businesses from hairdressers to multi million dollar Chemical plants. He has acted for Franchisors and franchisees in various franchises including Michel’s Patissery, Bakers Delight, Kennys Cardiology, Go Sushi, Jax Quick Fit Tyres and Telco in a Box and has assisted a number of clients with Franchise disputes.
Simon has also acted for a number of Executors in the administration of complex estates, dealing with numerous issues such as lost Title deeds, Family provision claims, winding up of Businesses, Coroners Investigations, Lost wills and Insurance claims. Simon is on the Mamre panel of solicitors which looks to improve will structures for those with disabled children.
Simon maintains a close relationship with his clients and strives to be approachable and readily accessible at all times.

Nica commenced work with the firm while studying law. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice degrees Nica now provides
an enthusiastic and diligent approach to her work and enjoys obtaining successful results
for her clients.
Janelle Drinkwater - Trainee Solicitor LL.B BBus. International
Janelle also commenced work with the firm while studying law. Since graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Laws degree Janelle is a great member of the team helping the firm provide the best possible
results for our clients.
Phillip Moschella - Notary Public
Phil practiced as a solicitor for 43 years and sold the business to his son Ross in 2000. He ceased acting as a solicitor in 2004 and is now enjoying retirement. When we can drag him away from golf and tennis
however he continues to act as our Notary Public.
